LGBTQ+ Couples Photography in Rome
I love photographing queer couples in Rome, and LGBTQ+ couples have been a core part of my work from the start. Whether you're here on vacation, planning to propose, on your honeymoon, celebrating an anniversary, or eloping, I want your session to feel like time spent with a friend who happens to know every good corner of the city.
A session built around the two of you
Plenty of couples tell me they've felt a little awkward in front of a camera before, or have worked with photographers who posed them like a template. My sessions are relaxed and editorial. I give you gentle direction on light and movement, and the rest comes from how you already are together. Your comfort sets the pace, and if you'd rather keep things low-key in busier spots, we plan the route around that.
Where we can go
Rome has so many beautiful backdrops for couples. Some favorites are Trastevere's ivy-covered streets, the Orange Garden on the Aventine Hill, Ponte Sant'Angelo along the Tiber, and the Spanish Steps at sunrise. I'll suggest the best spots for your story, the light and the crowds, and I also travel throughout Italy and Europe.
Proposals, elopements and honeymoons
If you're planning a surprise proposal, I'll help you work out the location, timing and signal so it stays a surprise. For elopements and honeymoons, we can move between a few locations and outfits, and I'll help with timing so it all feels easy
